Happy 2009

What are the kids doing today?

Caroline is at school right now and is Kindergarten.

John and I are just hanging out until he goes to preschool in the afternoon. I got a letter from the School district that he is invited to a kindergarten orientation. I was sadden to know that my baby will be in kindergarten in the Fall!!!

Wow, these kids grow up so quickly!!!

Summertime

What are the kids doing today?

This picture was taken sometime in August. Caroline (5) and John (3 1.2) is on our playset. Eric and Uncle Ed built in either April or May and the kids love playing on it. Thanks Grandpa-pa.

School is back in session so the craziness has started. But in all honesty, it's not craziness like it was last year.

I will try and post more frequently so you can see the kids more!!!

It's that time again!

What are the kids doing today?
For some reason, Christmas isn't the holiday of choice for my children. It's Halloween. Everything is a spooky, scary monster! I get to hear it from the start of September to the end of October -- into November. I don't know why that is...I guess it's the season.

Just being Kids!!

What are the kids doing today?
Here is Caroline pushing John in his Tonka truck that he got for Christmas. The kids are having a hard time clean up the great room so I need to think about how to motivate them to do it. It seemed like not have a tubby with mom did the trick. However, if daddy was doing the tubby, they would have cleaned up. Oh, well.

New Beds

What are the kids doing today?
They are sleeping in "big" beds --- that's what they are doing. We moved John into a "big" bed after Christmas and he has only fallen out of bed twice. My aunt drove from Door County, Wisconsin to give us Caroline's new bed (which she loves). Sweet dreams, my angels!!!
